Located in the heart of Downtown Knoxville, the Sterchi Building was erected in the 1920’s as the headquarters of the Sterchi Brothers Furniture Company. Converted into lofts in 2002, this landmark building was saved from the wrecking ball and became one of the catalysts for the current renaissance of Downtown Knoxville.
