Exchange Lofts Nashville

The Lofts at the Exchange is a development of the Nashville Banner Building and the Exchange Building. Sitting at the corner of Church Street and Printers Alley the Banner Building was originally built in 1874 and housed the Union and American newspaper, which later became the Tennessean. The project combined this building with the 50’s style Exchange Building and has become one of the most sought after addresses in downtown Nashville. The individually owned units feature modern design, exposed ductwork, beautiful views of downtown Nashville and parking.
